Kelly Pepo: I am manager of the Edgewater Branch, affectionately known as "The Edge."  One of the things I enjoy most about being a trendwatcher is how much more aware I am of ideas and possibilities for libraries when I go shopping, read an article, surf the trends sites or whenever!  It is a nice surprise (and makes me feel very cool) when I discover those little "ahas!" that add a fun and productive concept to OCLS, no matter how small it seems.  Oh, and we like snacks.  Snacks are an uber cool part of being a trendwatcher.

Jo Ann Sampson: I'm currently the Department Head of Special Services.

Lelia Higgins: I am a manager in Library Central and I enjoy using all these new tools that are available to us. I enjoy getting info via RSS feeds and other resources that I use to cull for new trends.  Some of these trends may not be applicable to libraries yet, but in the near future, who knows!

Milinda Neusaenger: I'm Mary Anne's (Library Director) Assistant & absolutely love the Library & all that we're doing to advance & enhance our services.  It's hard to believe I've been here for 18 years!  I love reading, music, painting, cooking, shopping and running! Currently, I'm looking forward to running the Goofy Marathon & 1/2 Challenge in January 2008!

Edward Booker: I am manager of the Herndon branch.  I worked at Herndon as an assistant manager and also spent a year in the Collection Development department.  Before joining OCLS,  I worked in book retail and taught middle school and high school English.   Trendwatching for OCLS makes me constantly reevaluate the changing world and look for new opportunities to not only enrich my work life, but my personal life as well.

Tatyana Clark: I am an Accountant at Finance Department, before that I was a Technology and Customer Support Specialist at West Oaks and South Creek and have been with OCLS since 2002. I liked the idea of discovering together what else is out there that we could implement in OCLS.

Marilyn John:  Branch Librarian North Orange - Trendwatching is another great way to help gain inspiration that supports the vision of OCLS.  I like trendwarching because it builds on the library's customer service approach.

Diana Franco: I am a full time Circulation Clerk at the SouthCreek Branch. I've been with OCLS since January 2005. I'm excited to learn more about trendwatching since I have 2 teenagers son who keep me on my toes.
